Herberger Theater Center in Phoenix seeks an experienced event booking and coordination professional to close facility rental agreements, manage event records in Momentus Elite, and build long-term client relationships from inquiry through post-event follow-up.
This full-time, on-site role reports to the President & CEO. You will drive rental revenue, coordinate with Box Office, Guest Services, Production, and Food & Beverage, and ensure accurate event information across departments.
