Coterie Insurance is seeking an Activation Specialist to lead producer activation, onboarding, licensing, and appointment processes, partnering with internal teams and regulators to ensure speed, accuracy, and compliance.
The Senior Activation Specialist will identify process improvements and drive operational excellence in how producers get to market, supported by strong licensing programs and SOPs. This role is fully remote with national scope and requires a compliance-focused mindset.
