Flex Fight Series is New York's premier professional combat sports promotion, producing elite mixed martial arts events throughout the Northeast while serving as a proven pathway to the UFC.
With more than 100,000 live attendees, millions of annual broadcast impressions, and one of the fastest-growing audiences in regional combat sports, Flex Fight Series operates at the intersection of live sports, entertainment, media, and brand partnerships.
This fall, interns will have the unique opportunity to be part of the largest event in company history:
Flex Fight Series 62 at the Infosys Theater in Madison Square Garden – September 26, 2026.
From event week preparations to fight night execution, interns will work alongside our leadership team during one of the biggest moments in the company's history.
This Is Not a Traditional InternshipThe Flex Fight Series Combat Sports Intensive is a high-performance, hands-on program built for individuals serious about building a career in the business of combat sports.
This is not observational.
This is not administrative.
You will be directly involved in the execution and growth of a live sports property.
What You’ll Work OnInterns gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the organization, including:
- Event Operations & Live Event Production
- Marketing, Branding & Digital Content
- Fighter Relations & Talent Coordination
- Business Development & Sales Support
Responsibilities grow throughout the semester based on initiative, performance, and organizational needs.
Program Structure- Duration: 4 Months (September through December)
- Format:
Fully In-Person (New York-based) - Capstone
Experience:
Direct involvement in the Flex Fight Series event at Madison Square Garden
This is a hands-on role that requires physical presence at events, meetings, and key operational moments.
Who We’re Looking ForWe are seeking highly motivated individuals who:
- Want a career in sports, entertainment, or combat sports specifically
- Are comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Take ownership and execute without constant oversight
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Are willing and able to work nights and weekends around live events
- Can commit to a fully in-person schedule throughout the program
Prior experience is valued, but not required. Work ethic, attitude, and coachability matter more.
