Maximus is seeking an Assessment Coordinator to support Mass Health LTSS programs such as ADH, AFC, GAFC and PCA. You will manage intake, conduct telephonic screenings, coordinate documentation, educate members on options, and schedule assessments in a timely, person-centered manner.
You will also cross-train to perform CSR functions and provide front-line member support as needed, serving as the primary contact after an assessment request.
