Coloplast is op zoek naar een Customer Service Medewerker om als eerste aanspreekpunt te fungeren voor klanten. Je behandelt inkomende telefoontjes, verwerkt verkooporders en volgt transporten op, met zorg voor nauwkeurige klantgegevens in ons ERP-systeem.
Je werkt nauw samen met ons team en de verkoopafdeling om orders vlekkeloos te laten verlopen. Een combinatie van telefoonwerk, administratie en klantenondersteuning kenmerken deze rol, met mogelijkheden tot thuiswerken twee dagen per week.
