Second Unit Games is seeking a Production Lead to own and deliver client game projects. This hands-on role combines planning with day-to-day production work, building schedules, managing backlogs, tracking dependencies, and mitigating risks to keep teams delivering on time.
You’ll lead cross‑discipline teams of 6–15 developers, mentor other producers, and coordinate with client teams and discipline leads to communicate progress and resolve blockers. Remote-US work options available.
