Ghost Story Games is seeking a remote Senior Designer to help shape Judas, a narrative-driven project led by Ken Levine. You will own design, prototyping and balancing of core gameplay systems, including player mechanics and world simulation, across a highly systemic game.
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will drive feature specs, guide implementation, balance gameplay across systems, and iterate based on feedback from leads, QA and playtests to deliver a cohesive experience.
