Humana seeks a Louisiana Medicaid Contact Center professional for a remote, full-time role. You will handle member calls, document needs across multiple systems, and maintain excellent service. Training runs the first 7–8 weeks with a strict attendance policy.
Post-training, you may work any 8-hour shift between 6:45 am and 7:00 pm CST, Monday–Friday, with occasional travel for trainings. This role requires dedication during a 12-month tenure and strong multi-system documentation.
