Availability: Requires availability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional weekdays.

This is a part-time position located in Hershey, Pennsylvania. The company will not provide relocation assistance or other employment benefits for this position.

Hershey’s Chocolate World Group Sales and Online Ticketing Rep supports the Attractions Department. This is a customer-service focused position that is responsible for facilitating group ticket purchases as well as assisting guests with questions about Hershey’s Chocolate World.

• Primary point of contact for group sales inquiries, attraction reservations, online ticketing support, guest assistance, and client communications across phone, email, and online channels.
• Manage group reservations, contracts, payment processing, ticket purchases, modifications, exchanges, refunds, and online ticketing troubleshooting.
• Coordinate and execute group visits, special events, and guest experiences for schools, bus groups, and other organized visitor groups, ensuring seamless operations and positive guest outcomes.
• Maintain accurate reservation records, booking details, and calendars
• Monitor ticket inventory, pricing, and product availability
• Communicate reservation details, scheduling updates, operational changes, and day-of event information with internal teams.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving guest and client concerns, enhancing guest satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency.
• Support special events, promotional initiatives, and seasonal programs through a strong knowledge of attractions, products, services, pricing, and promotions.
