At Regal, we're passionate about creating unforgettable movie going experiences, and the Studio Campaign Manager plays a critical role in bringing the biggest films to life for our guests. As a key member of the Studio Marketing team, you will transform theatrical marketing strategies into exciting, coordinated campaigns across Regal's channels. You'll independently lead a portfolio of film releases while collaborating closely with the Senior Studio Marketing Lead on some of Regal's most high-profile and strategic campaigns.

This is more than a project management role. We're looking for a confident, results-driven marketer who can own campaigns from concept to execution, build strong relationships with studio partners, and keep cross-functional teams aligned and accountable. You'll serve as a trusted representative of Regal, helping drive successful campaigns while strengthening partnerships across the entertainment industry. For candidates based in Los Angeles, this role also offers unique opportunities to engage directly with studio partners through screenings, premieres, activations, and industry events.

• You will develop creative and compelling marketing activations that excite both moviegoers and studio partners.
• You will independently lead strategy and day-to-day management for an assigned portfolio of theatrical releases.
• You will partner with the Senior Studio Marketing Lead on Regal's largest and highest-priority film campaigns.
• You will translate campaign strategies into clear execution plans, timelines, deliverables, and ownership assignments.
• You will coordinate cross-functional execution across Social, Creative, Digital, Loyalty, Food & Beverage, Merchandise, PR, Paid Media, Group Sales, and theatre operations teams.
• You will represent Regal Global Entertainment at screenings, premieres, activations, and industry events while serving as a key point of contact for studio partners.

• You will bring 4-7 years of experience in entertainment, studio, brand, partnership, integrated, or campaign marketing.
• You will have successfully managed complex campaigns from planning through execution with minimal oversight.
• You will be a confident communicator who can effectively engage senior stakeholders, studio partners, and cross-functional teams.
• You will thrive in fast-paced environments, make sound decisions independently, and maintain momentum when priorities shift.
• You will have a passion for movies, entertainment, pop culture, and the theatrical experience, with theatrical or entertainment industry experience strongly preferred.
