- Localize mechanics, rewards, thresholds, and campaign cadence to different regions and player segments.
- Measure end-to-end performance across engagement, activation, retention, revenue, incremental lift, and ROI.

- Partner with casino, sports book, CRM, VIP, analytics, and engineering teams, translating business and player needs into prioritized requirements.
- Establish setup, QA, measurement, and post-campaign analysis standards and document best practices.
- Three or more years in gamification, live operations, CRM, retention, or product roles inside the iGaming sector.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate performance and ROI independently.
- Demonstrated experience measuring incremental impact using control or holdout groups.
- Proven track record managing campaigns from concept and setup to launch, analysis, and optimization.
- Comfort collaborating across cross-functional teams and converting needs into clear product requirements.
- Experience running A/B tests on promotional mechanics and campaigns.
- Background working across multiple brands and regions, including an understanding of Tier 3 markets and player behavior.
- Familiarity working directly with casino game providers.

- History of establishing gamification processes, standards, and reporting from the ground up.
- 20 working days of fully paid annual leave, fully paid sick leave, and public holidays off per company policy.
- Flexible benefits cafeteria covering options such as medical support, regular check-ups, mental health services, or gym access.
- Internal and external training, industry events, language courses, and professional service subscriptions.
- All necessary corporate equipment provided, fully remote work, and access to premium digital productivity tools.
