• This position focuses on the full post-signup journey, including player segmentation, targeted offers, and P&L ownership.
• You'll work hands-on with data and on-chain activity to uncover patterns and turn them into high-impact campaigns.

What You'll Do:

• Build and evolve the player segmentation framework, incorporating signals like on-chain activity, status-match, and social linking.
• Design and execute targeted offers (reload bonuses, lossback, challenges) and run them across email, in-app, and Telegram.
• Own the growth loop, setting targets, finding leverage, and measuring results to drive retention and monetization.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong intuition for player psychology and incentive design, with experience in gambling, gaming, fintech, or consumer marketplaces.
• Deeply analytical and AI-native, able to go from vague questions to clean cohort cuts independently.
• High output with good judgment, comfortable with ambiguity, and a bias to execute directly rather than delegate.
