Game Discovery Producer; Fully Remote

• You will own the discovery and evaluation process for mobile game concepts, blending market knowledge, gameplay expertise, and AI-enabled workflows.
• You'll research the mobile gaming market and work with internal AI systems to identify promising games and concepts.
• You'll evaluate games and clearly explain why a concept has potential or should be rejected, considering gameplay, visuals, marketability, and competitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze gameplay, meta systems, progression, retention, and monetization to assess game potential.
• Compare predictions with real-world test results to identify discrepancies and refine evaluation frameworks.
• Develop and prioritize improvements for internal AI tools, and create concise game briefs and mini-GDDs for successful concepts.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in the gaming industry in roles such as Game Designer, Producer, Product Manager, or Publishing Manager.
• Strong understanding of the mobile gaming market and solid grasp of user acquisition metrics like CTR, CPI, and ROAS.
• Ability to make decisions with incomplete data, and experience with mobile publishing, creative testing, or market intelligence tools is a plus.
