• Plan feature development from a game design perspective, including concepts, GDDs, game mechanics, internal economy, and monetization;
• Develop independent game modes through A/B tests;
• Control production by evaluating builds and taking responsibility for implementation quality;
• Release new events in every version;
• Lead the team;
• Share best game design practices;
• Onboard and develop game designers;
• Participate in assessing all specialists on the team.

Experience as a lead game designer or senior game designer;
Expertise in Live Ops, monetization, and forming short- and long-term product goals;
Ability to work with game metrics and build development hypotheses based on them;
Understanding of mobile gaming market trends;
Fluent Russian;
Nice to have: experience developing casual games in the Expeditions, Match-3, Solitaire, or Merge genres.
