Sperasoft in the United States is seeking a Lead Props Artist to spearhead a growing Props Team across multiple AAA titles. You will mentor artists, set workflows, and uphold a Gold Standard of asset quality for world-class partners.
The role requires 5+ years in game art, 2+ years in a lead capacity, and expert knowledge of Maya/3ds Max/Blender, ZBrush, and Unreal Engine. A strong portfolio across hard-surface and organic props is essential, with excellent English communication.
