• Conduct financial due diligence investigations and manage consultants and analysts.
• Advise international clients, including strategic parties (e.g., large listed Dutch), private equity firms and investment banks.
• Perform in‑depth analyses of a company’s historical financial performance and position, as well as future projections.

Work part‑time (32 hours a week) or full‑time (40 hours a week).

• A completed university degree and at least 6 years of work experience, for example in a TS or audit team within a professional advisory organization or on the corporate M&A side.
• Experience managing (small) teams or project groups.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to recognize client needs, even outside your direct assignment.

You'll share your expertise with about 120 other colleagues in the Mergers & Acquisitions team that is part of Deloitte Strategy, Risk & Transaction Advisory. Our team consists of three sub‑teams:
Execution and Reporting;
Deal Transformation; and Post Merger Integration. We encourage clients to find the best way to generate and execute value, and you’ll have the opportunity to work across a wide range of industries and domains.
