Vendor Manager

We are seeking a Vendor Manager to join the Finance Operations team at Zurich Insurance
. The Vendor Manager will oversee the Surety Accounts Receivable team, driving receivable results and ensuring high‑quality customer service in our North American Headquarters in Schaumburg, IL.

• Meet regularly with the team to discuss progress toward objectives
• Serve as subject‑matter expert on Surety business
• Ensure timely and quality customer service for self and team
• Collaborate with internal business colleagues
• Identify opportunities and implement process improvements

• Achieve receivable targets
• Provide guidance and support for team members
• Model behaviors that demonstrate commitment to corporate values
• Take action to manage own personal development

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 or more years of experience in the Finance Operations area
• or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 7 or more years of experience in the Finance Operations area

• Experience with billing and receivables
• Knowledge of Insurance industry and Surety specifically
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with SAP
• Strong Microsoft Office experience

Salary: $71,100.00 – $, plus a short‑term incentive bonus of 10%.
