Accounting Controller

• Oversee the organization's accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and effective financial management
• Lead and develop the accounting team to ensure high standards and accountability.
• Ensure completion of accurate and timely account reconciliations monthly; monitor and update the balance sheet reconciliation policy as needed and provide monthly analytics on account movement and variances to CFO
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely preparation and presentation of financial statements including BS, IS, and CF.
• Serve as one of the key leaders in regards to strategic decision making and financial analysis, and collaborate with senior leadership on a frequent basis
• Function as key point of contact for external auditors
• Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting.

• Accounting or Finance Degree
• CPA preferred
• 6+ years of relevant accounting experience (MUST have experience at a company that is inventory centric)
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
• Net Suite highly desired

• Work from home 2-3+ days per week
