CFS has been retained by a large multi billion dollar organization located in the near west suburbs of Chicago for a Finance Manager for their home office. This position is an amazing opportunity to further advance and grow with company down the line, as this position is the first place they look when they have a higher level finance and or accounting need within the organization.

The company boasts a great organizational culture, tight knit group at home office. Typical hours will be 9 AM - 5 PM, with some occasional domestic travel. The company has seen continued steady growth over the last several years. This is a newly created role, and a great opportunity for a bright professional early in their career to make a mark on the organization.

• Oversee Finance and Accounting operations for multiple locations
• The Finance Manager will needs to be familiar with Month-End Close Procedures
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
• Natural ability to build relationships and partner with the business
• Committed to process improvement and professional growth
• Comfortable in both individual and team environments
• The Finance Manager candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment with some travel required
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel including macros, pivot tables, etc.
• Ability to run and update rolling financial forecast for locations

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years of experience in a Finance and or Accounting function
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, analysis, and modeling
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and integrity in financial handling
