Position:
Compliance Officer (Part Time - Work From Home) Responsibilities
- Support regulatory compliance, risk management, and internal control frameworks.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in compliance or regulatory affairs within financial services.
- Preferably experience in asset management or investment advisory.
- Familiarity with MAS regulatory frameworks: SFA/FAA, AML/CFT regulations
- Understanding of SEC requirements, including the Investment Advisers Act.
- Ability to draft clear documentation, policies, and reports.
- Strong communication skills.
- Capable of collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
