Mortgage Loan Officer - Remote | WFH

We are looking for a full-time Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team in Chicago, IL. In this role, you’ll assist clients with purchasing or refinancing homes, offering tailored loan solutions, conducting assessments, and providing outstanding customer service throughout the entire lending process. This position offers flexibility with some remote work options, making it ideal for a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand client needs and recommend the best loan options for purchasing or refinancing a home.

Perform underwriting assessments to confirm loan eligibility.

Guide clients through each step of the lending process, ensuring a seamless and transparent experience.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.

Work closely with the team to resolve any client issues and meet deadlines effectively.

Keep up to date with new mortgage products, trends, and regulatory changes to best serve clients.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer or in the mortgage industry.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
