Mercor is recruiting U.S./UK/Canada/Europe/Singapore/Dubai/Australia-based Investment Banking or Private Equity Experts for a research project with a leading foundational model AI lab.

• At least 2 years of experience working at top firms in investment banking or private equity with deal experience (academic experience does not count, must be on desk).

• Work is fully asynchronous and can be done around your schedule.
• You will build financial models from scratch that reflect what you did on the desk.
• You must commit at least 20 hours per week for this role.
• This contract lasts until the end of February (with the possibility of extension).
• Successful contributions increase the odds you are selected on future projects with Mercor.
• The vetting process involves a ~10 minute behavioral interview and a < 30 minute technical assessment evaluating financial expertise.

• This role will pay $150/hour.
• We will pay you out at the end of each week via Stripe Connect based on the number of hours you log.
• You will be classified as an "at-will" contractor to Mercor.
• Please note that we cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
