• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer in everyday language.
• Interact with customers through video communication software and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and active PTIN.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills (written & spoken).
• Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

• Base Pay Range varies by location:
  Bay Area $28.80–$36.50, Southern California $28.80–$36.50, Colorado $27.50–$34.80, Hawaii $28.80–$36.50, Illinois $27.50–$34.80, Massachusetts $28.80–$36.50, Minnesota $24.80–$30.30, New Jersey $28.80–$36.50, New York $28.80–$36.50, Ohio $24.80–$30.30, Vermont $27.50–$34.80, Washington $28.80–$36.50, Washington DC $28.80–$36.50.
