As a key member of our team, you will support the controller with various day-to-day finance operations and administrative tasks, including:

• Invoice Processing: Assist with both incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing

• Debtor Management: Help manage and track accounts receivable, ensuring smooth communication with clients

• Report Preparation: Support in the preparation of financial reports and assist with the month-end closing process

You’re structured, curious, and proactive – motivated to work with numbers and contribute to effective financial processes. You’ll thrive with us if you bring:

• A strong academic foundation – you’re currently in your 3rd year or beyond of a quantitative
  Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g. Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field) with excellent results

• Analytical and numerical skills – you enjoy working with data and deriving insights from it

• A hands‑on, detail‑oriented mindset – you take initiative, embrace challenges, and are eager to learn and develop continuously

• Effective communication and teamwork skills –you’re comfortable collaborating with colleagues and explaining your ideas clearly

• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken)

• Proficiency in MS Excel
  , with familiarity with financial systems being a plus

We are aiming for 16 to 24 hours per week for at least six months
, so you can dive deep into your work while keeping your studies on track.

While the office is your main workspace, occasional work from home is possible in alignment with your team to support a healthy balance between work and study.
