Renewables Project Finance, Analyst to Associate level - REMOTE

• Collaborate with subject matter experts on financial modeling initiatives for utility-scale battery storage projects across ISOs/RTOs nationwide
• Take ownership of financial models related to renewable project off-take, bidding, debt/equity structuring, project sales, and tax incentive strategies
• Partner with stakeholders to create and implement financial analysis and forecasting tools for corporate financing and renewable project assessments
• Optimize financial analytic processes and mitigate risks by reviewing industry macroeconomic trends in the renewables sector and US Power Markets

• Project finance experience supporting Power, Renewables, Capital Market, or Energy Infrastructure transactions
• Must possess strong project finance modeling expertise in Microsoft Excel and debt/equity structuring experience
• Experience with complex debt equity structures and tax equity transactions strongly preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex analytical formulas understandably
• Ability to participate in advanced level discussions in the utility-scale renewables, transmission, and battery storage space

• Experience with advanced project finance deal execution
• Understanding of national energy power markets such as PJM, ERCOT, SPP, MISO, NYISO, ISO-NE, and CAISO
