Investment Banking Senior Manager Remote

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall Investment Banking franchise in Indonesia.
• Work closely with Southeast Asia regional teams and the Company’s global Investment Banking platform to develop local client networks and cross-border transaction opportunities.
• Build, develop, and manage the Investment Banking team in Indonesia, including talent development and succession planning.
• Manage and maintain senior-level client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for key clients.
• Direct and coordinate the execution of a wide range of Investment Banking transactions, including IPOs, bond issuances, rights issues, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
• Lead origination and execution of Investment Banking mandates from deal sourcing to completion.
• Drive revenue growth from Investment Banking activities in line with the Company’s overall business strategy.
• Supervise, mentor, and regularly direct the activities of professional staff to ensure high-quality execution and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree (MBA, MFin) is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Capital Markets, with significant leadership experience.
• Proven track record in originating and executing Investment Banking transactions, including IPOs, bonds, rights issues, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian capital markets, OJK regulations, IDX requirements, and applicable securities laws.
• Established network of corporate clients, institutional investors, regulators, and professional advisors.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, build, and develop high-performing Investment Banking teams.
• Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and deal structuring skills.
• Excellent commercial acumen with a strong revenue-generation mindset.
• Ability to work effectively with regional and global teams on cross-border transactions.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and compliance awareness.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
