Billing Clerk

We are growing! Fast-paced and exciting Japanese/Asian food manufacturing company.

(This is NOT a Work from Home Position)

Responsibilities:

· Create invoices by reviewing all related documents for multiple locations

· Organize/Filing all digitalized/paper documents/data in server

· Responsible to respond all customers’ inquiries and request

· Assist with reconciling monthly statement

· Assist with month-end close as needed

· Creating report as needed/requested

Requirements:

· Accounting, Finance major equivalent is preferred

· No work experience needed but detail oriented, well organized and high degree of initiative

· Analytical mind, good communication skills.

· Excel and Outlook experience preferred
