As a key member of the finance team, you’ll be trusted to:- Own monthly account reconciliations and prepare journal entries with accuracy and insight
- Deliver financial reports and schedules that inform leadership decisions
- Support audits and compliance initiatives with thorough documentation
- Analyze financial data, resolve discrepancies, and contribute to special projects
- Partner with management on budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis
- Play a critical role in the month-end close process, ensuring deadlines are met and standards upheld
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (must have hands‑on accounting experience)
- At least one year of corporate accounting experience; experienced professionals encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
Compensation for this role is $65,000–$75,000 annually, with eligibility for a discretionary bonus based on performance. The company offers a competitive suite of health, retirement, paid leave, and well‑being benefits, as well as professional development support, and flexible work arrangements.
