Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert - CPA, Enrolled Agent or Practicing Attorney - Seasonal Remote

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, and tax calculations.
• Address product/software inquiries and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to provide correct answers to customers in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via our state‑of‑the‑art video communication software.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual communication skills (written & spoken) in English and Spanish.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand.
• Excellent customer service skills and proficiency in video/audio tools.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
