Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mortgage Loan Officer, located in Plainville, CT, with flexibility for some work from home. Responsibilities include evaluating and authorizing loan applications, analyzing financial information, assisting clients in identifying suitable mortgage options, and managing the end-to-end mortgage application process. Additional duties involve maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and collaborating with underwriting and processing teams to address loan conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Loan Officers and Mortgage Lending
• Strong knowledge of the Mortgage Industry and mortgage processes
• Proficiency in Underwriting standards and procedures
• Demonstrated skills in Customer Service and client relationship management
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills
• Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance standards
• Active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license is required
