- Provide financial and operational information, expertise and insights to business partners and management including develop, monitor and report on annual budgets, targets and other key performance indicators.
- Prepare financial forecasts for short‑ and long‑term planning and align strategic financial metrics across all departments to drive results.
- Support the Decision Support Director in consolidating and aligning planning model outputs and developing stakeholder communications and presentations for short‑ and long‑term plans, annual budgets, and forecasts.
- Lead the analytical engine of the Operations and Finance organization by providing analysis, interpretation of results, and reporting to communicate on performance and support executive decision making.
- Extract insights based on strategic objectives.
- Identify key business drivers and relevant metrics for performance.
- Proactively monitor performance to identify opportunities and anomalies.
- Manage staff including hiring, training, and coaching.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- CPA or MBA‑Finance required.
- 7+ years’ experience building financial models, forecasts, and operational reports for a multiple location organization.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to present complex information.
- High proficiency in budgeting, forecasting financial modeling and financial analysis.
