Delta One Index Trader

Macquarie is seeking an experienced Delta One Index Trader to join our Capital Markets Equity Derivatives team in New York. You will possess a proven record of profitability, demonstrating both robust risk management capabilities and the ability to take calculated risks. In this role, you will be responsible for executing trades in both listed and OTC products, including equities, ETFs, stock/index/dividend futures, forwards, and equity swaps, with a focus on maximizing risk-adjusted returns. You will actively participate in index trading, corporate actions and event-driven trading, as well as other principal trading strategies. Additionally, you will be expected to proactively explore, identify, pitch, and implement new trading opportunities, strategies, products, and market segments.

Salary range for this position: $180,000- $275,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

• 5+ years’ experience in pricing and trading of delta one products and strategies
• In-depth knowledge of American markets and regulatory frameworks
• Strong proficiency with risk management systems, trading platforms, and execution algorithms
• Technical skills in Python are highly desirable.
