In this essential role, you’ll do more than process transactions—you’ll monitor budget activity, maintain critical fiscal records, and ensure the financial integrity that keeps our campus running smoothly. If you’re a meticulous problem‑solver who thrives on accuracy, enjoys working with numbers, and wants to support higher education through sound fiscal management, we invite you to bring your expertise to KBC.

This role monitors fiscal activity, maintains budget and fiscal records, and may be responsible for authorizing expenditures and forecasting budget needs. The position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with financial systems, and the ability to work independently in a normal office environment with near‑continuous use of computer systems.

To thrive in this role you are a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a commitment to fiscal accuracy. You excel at maintaining complex financial records, can interpret budget data to identify trends or discrepancies, and communicate financial information clearly to non‑financial staff. You bring proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills, along with the ability to work independently while managing multiple fiscal deadlines.

You’re comfortable with near‑continuous computer work, possess strong problem‑solving abilities, and understand the importance of confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
