Investment

Services Private Markets (ISPVM)

ISPVM is the department responsible for private markets investment services across the GIC group. It is responsible for providing deal structuring and closing, portfolio monitoring, valuation, finance, operations, tax, data management and analytics services in the execution of private markets investments in Real Estate, Private Equity, Private Credit, and Infrastructure. It is also involved in financial reporting and accounting of investment holding companies, as well as operations and financial due diligence for asset operations.

We are looking for a suitable candidate to work with a team on transformation projects. In this role, you will play a part in project implementation and work with cross functional teams to drive process improvements and strengthen our business capabilities. You’ll work with systems and innovative tools to roll out solutions. This role offers the opportunity to execute projects that harness the power of technology and data to enable more efficient operations and data driven decision making.

What

will you do as a Project Associate?
  • Support the implementation of new capabilities in enterprise projects for private markets
  • Participate in developing business user requirements and ensuring they are delivered according to the project plan and roadmap
  • Monitor and communicate project progress, identify and mitigate risks ahead of time
  • Perform data migration activities in relation to system implementation
  • Develop project-related documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and training of end users
  • Assist in enterprise related data initiatives as part of the private markets’ representation
What qualifications or skills should you possess in this role?
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems or related fields of study
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Experience in data and transformation projects or business product management, with good hands‑on experience working with data to execute project delivery with a business perspective
  • Committed and motivated individual who is meticulous and enjoys working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Good project and time management skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge in private markets domain is a strong bonus
