What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Originate first mortgage loans and home improvement loans for consumers
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding loan products and applications
- Promote the Community Reinvestment Act loan program to real estate agents
- Cross-sell the association's entire product line
- Ensure compliance with fair lending laws and bank policies

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales and customer service
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree preferred
- NMLS certification required
- Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] required
- Experience in mortgage lending preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in commissioned sales and financial services
- Familiarity with Encompass, Cleartouch, OnBase, CRM software
- Leadership skills and staff development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
