We are growing rapidly and are therefore looking for a Payroll Specialist with development potential towards Team Leader or Partner who will accompany us on this exciting journey.

• Independent management of payroll mandates especially for startups and SMEs
• End-to-end payroll processing including social security withholding taxes and payroll reporting
• Independent management of financial and payroll accounting
• Preparation of annual financial statements
• Preparation of tax returns for individuals and legal entities
• Advising national and international clients from various industries
• Building your own payroll/accounting team and leading it with passion

• Several years of professional experience in payroll and/or fiduciary services
• Completed Swiss Federal Certificate (Fachausweis) in Payroll Fiduciary or Finance & Accounting
• Precise structured and independent working style with a strong customer orientation
• Italian as a mother tongue with good knowledge of English (additional national languages are an advantage)
• Motivation to develop further towards a leadership or partnership role

Location: Lugano with home-office options
Workload: 80%–100%
