We are growing rapidly and are therefore looking for a Payroll Specialist with development potential towards Team Leader or Partner who will accompany us on this exciting journey.

Your Responsibilities- Independent management of payroll mandates especially for startups and SMEs
- End-to-end payroll processing including social security withholding taxes and payroll reporting
- Independent management of financial and payroll accounting
- Preparation of annual financial statements
- Preparation of tax returns for individuals and legal entities
- Advising national and international clients from various industries
- Building your own payroll/accounting team and leading it with passion
- Several years of professional experience in payroll and/or fiduciary services
- Completed Swiss Federal Certificate (Fachausweis) in Payroll Fiduciary or Finance & Accounting
- Precise structured and independent working style with a strong customer orientation
- Italian as a mother tongue with good knowledge of English (additional national languages are an advantage)
- Motivation to develop further towards a leadership or partnership role
Start: By agreement
Location: Lugano with home-office options
Workload: 80%–100%
