• Manage Workday Adaptive Planning as the company’s central financial planning tool, overseeing system administration and process improvements
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, providing insights to executive leadership
• Support and improve budgeting and forecasting processes for scalability and consistency across departments
• Collaborate with business unit teams to analyze large data sets and communicate important trends
• Own and maintain company-wide OpEx forecast assumptions and models for accuracy across financial models

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, or related fields
• 4+ years of relevant work experience, preferably within a SaaS or technology company
• Proven expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning, including system administration and modeling
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; familiarity with Net Suite and Hex preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with experience in SQL or other programming languages being a plus

• Experience in a SaaS or technology company
• Familiarity with Net Suite and Hex
• Strong modeling skills and ability to work with large data sets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and self-starting attitude, willing to suggest process improvements
