As the Accounting Analyst, you will support both accounting and treasury related processes with a strong focus on payment execution, cash management support, and financial controls. You will be responsible for processing, validating,, and handling the company’s financial resources across various money management platforms (Telecrédito
BCP, Payoneer prepaid cards, Tebca, online payment platforms such as Deel, Culqui, and others). You will coordinate with, report to, and assist the Finance Manager in overseeing the area’s results needed to achieve the department’s and company’s objectives.
Additionally, you will help ensure compliance with monthly and annual deadlines, as well as local and/or global requirements, including preparing the annual and monthly cash flow, maintaining an updated monthly cash forecast, and generating other financial and economic reports.
This full‑time position is based in our office in Lima, Peru.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you will include:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university or institute
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in accounting/Finance, with exposure to treasury, payments or cash management processes
- Advanced Excel skills
- User‑level proficiency with commercial ERP systems
- Operator/user‑level proficiency with banking platforms
- Intermediate to advanced English
- Knowledge or experience using process automation tools such as Power Automate, or similar workflow and automation platforms.
