A leading finance company is seeking a Loss Mitigation Associate to manage delinquent accounts primarily working from home. The candidate will handle both inbound and outbound calls to resolve accounts while participating in coaching and training for performance improvement. Required qualifications include 1-2 years of relevant collection experience, preferably automotive, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

This role offers competitive pay of $23.70 per hour plus bonuses up to $2,250 monthly.
