You are often the first voice a client hears when they call or the first face they see when they walk in.
Your goal is to get to know clients so well that you help identify their problems and, together with the financial advisor, help clients achieve their financial goals.

You’ll be competitively compensated with a human-centered approach to positively impact clients, colleagues, and communities. Edward Jones is privately held and may offer bonus opportunities based on branch and firm profitability, as well as individual performance. The salary range shown is a subset of the total pay range and may be adjusted with merit increases as you progress in the BOA role.

Role Requirements
- Client Service:
Provide exceptional service via inbound/outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong client relationships. - Account Management:
Learn and understand the financial industry; manage account openings, transfers, and other requests as directed by the advisor; maintain accurate client records. - Administrative & Operational Support:
Work independently under the advisor’s direction; handle scheduling, meeting preparation, correspondence, and marketing support; help update SOPs and support the branch business plan. - Technology:
Proficient computer skills with willingness to learn tools such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm-provided software.
