Using our proprietary financial leadership process, you will serve as a senior advisor and lead initiatives in pricing strategy, operational reporting, incentive compensation plans, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business strategy.

We measure success by measurable improvement in client operating profit margins.

If you are a strategic finance leader, fractional CFO, or financial consultant who wants to make a meaningful impact in real businesses, this role is for you.
