We are seeking a proactive Finance Relationship Manager to serve as a vital link between our organization and leading financial institutions. • Pay Rate: $40/hour
• Hybrid Flexibility: 2 days on-site and 3 days work-from-home
• Working with a prestigious world-class institution while building relationships with a wide range of financial firms

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field
• Must have comprehensive knowledge of the financial industry, including the ability to understand key firm distinctions and functions within the sector
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with corporate partners effectively
• Ability to research and identify potential finance organizations interested in internships and full-time roles
• Comfort working in a hybrid setting, with at least two days on campus, and a schedule starting at 9 am

• Prior experience working in or with investment banking, asset management, hedge funds, private equity, venture capital, or financial consulting firms
• Familiarity with event planning and employer outreach strategies

  Education and Experience:
• Previous experience in recruiting, employer relations, or business development within financial services
