US Experienced Financial Advisor – Edward Jones
Join us to build and grow your own practice with a branch‑team business model that supports you with a dedicated branch office administrator, a home‑office team, and regional advisors. Our firm has a long‑term investment philosophy that has helped clients achieve their goals for nearly a century.
Base pay range
: $50,000.00/yr – $/yr
- Build new client relationships through face‑to‑face and virtual sourcing strategies (residential, business, networking, introductions, referrals, social media, speaking engagements).
- Deeply understand clients’ needs, priorities, and concerns to develop personalized, comprehensive strategies that accelerate trust and help clients achieve their goals.
- Oversee branch processes, roles, and responsibilities to ensure a high‑quality, streamlined client experience that aligns with firm policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines.
- Engage the branch team to create, monitor, and adjust the branch business plan, increasing branch effectiveness and achieving desired business results.
- Create a highly engaging environment in the branch built on mutual trust, respect, feedback, and accountability.
- Complete ongoing training offered by the firm and regulatory authorities, and maintain registrations and licenses in good standing.
- Leverage the support network from your client support team, region, and home office to work independently while having access to thousands of resources.
- Utilize a firm‑provided branch office and client‑support staff to focus on client relationships.

- Series 7 and Series 66 required.
- Experience in financial services working with clients; in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services with a track record of success.
- State insurance licenses preferred.
- Preferred additional professional designations: CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CRPC™, or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™.
Hiring Minimum
: $50,000
Hiring Maximum
: $125,000
