What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Originate first mortgage loans and home improvement loans for consumers
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding loan products and applications
- Stay up-to-date on government regulations and association's policies
- Promote Community Reinvestment Act loan program to real estate agents
- Cross-sell association's entire product line

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have 3-5 years of experience in sales and customer service
- Proficiency in MS Office [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software
- High School Diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor's degree preferred
- NMLS certification required
- Experience in mortgage lending and financial services preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in commissioned sales and banking
- Proficiency in Encompass, Cleartouch, OnBase, and CRM software
- Familiarity with lending laws, regulations, & guidelines
