We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue & Billing Analyst to join our dynamic team and drive financial efficiency and profitability.

As a Revenue & Billing Analyst, you will be responsible for managing financial planning, revenue margin calculations, and client billing processes. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Calculate and analyze revenue margins to optimize profitability.
• Perform margin analysis across projects, clients, and business units.
• Conduct cost-based pricing and profitability assessments.

• Manage customer invoicing and ensure accuracy in billing processes.
• Oversee billing and timesheet reconciliation for accurate billing of hours.
• Track billing value per client and per project, ensuring timely revenue recognition.
• Handle project milestone-based and usage-based billing models.
• Conduct cost-based pricing analysis for AI-driven services and products.
• Research pricing strategies and competitive benchmarks to optimize pricing models.
• Perform Activity-Based Costing (ABC) analysis to allocate costs effectively.
• Calculate Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and assess its impact on profitability.

• Develop and maintain financial reports using Power BI for revenue forecasting and performance tracking.
• Generate P&L reports, providing insights into financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.

Ensure 95%+ on-time submission and approval of employee timesheets for accurate billing and revenue recognition.

• MBA in Finance and BCom in Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis, invoicing, and revenue management.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI for financial reporting and analysis.
• Expertise in revenue margin calculations, cost-based pricing, and profitability analysis.
• Hands-on experience with customer invoicing, timesheet billing, and milestone-based billing models.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, ABC analysis, COGS calculation, and P&L reporting.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
