Senior Revenue Accountant

As our Senior Revenue Accountant, you will manage and optimize our revenue processes. This position is classified as “Hybrid,” meaning after initial in-office training and onboarding, occasional remote work is available. However, the role requires working in our Post Falls, Idaho office 2-3 days per week.

$140,000/year

• Lead initiatives to improve accounts receivable processes
• Enhance revenue recognition and reporting
• Identify and eliminate unproductive revenue streams
• Reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value
• Mentor and motivate accounting team members
• Foster a culture of excellent customer service and revenue growth

• Experience managing over $200 million in revenue at private companies
• Proven success in building and leading revenue teams
• Experience with recurring revenue business models
• Expertise in large accounts receivable operations
• Background in SaaS, technology, or professional services
• Deep understanding of revenue flow and financial processes
• Current CPA license or equivalent educational background
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate growth-oriented cultures in accounting teams
• Willingness to be vaccinated against COVID-19 if required for office work
