• Build and maintain Google Sheets-based Marketing P&L models for accurate forecasting
• Lead quarterly business reviews and monthly forecast cycles, providing actionable insights
• Collaborate with Accounting during month-end close to validate accruals and reconcile variances
• Communicate financial performance and opportunities to leadership through clear reports
• Manage work streams effectively, prioritizing deliverables and escalating risks as needed

• Experience as an FP&A Analyst or in a similar Finance role focused on forecasting and budgeting
• Strong understanding of the three financial statements and collaboration with Accounting
• Proficiency in financial modeling and experience using Google Sheets
• Excellent analytical skills with a passion for data analysis and business insights
• Strong communication skills for presenting financial data clearly

• BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA
• Experience with financial systems like Net Suite and Adaptive Insights
