We are seeking an experienced reconciliation professional at the AVP/VP level to join our Control Tower Reconciliation team. The primary focus will be to produce the accurate and timely completion of daily reconciliations of firm nostro accounts across multiple entities, products and currencies.
Key Responsibilities- Complete daily nostro account reconciliations efficiently and accurately.
- Liaise with back‑office teams to investigate any outstanding break results, escalating when necessary to support timely resolutions.
- Prepare the daily submission of Key Risk Indicators for management reporting.
- Seek opportunities to streamline and strengthen controls and process flows in the spirit of achieving continuous improvement.
- Minimum 2‑5 years of experience performing reconciliation activities within an operational control environment.
- Experience working with FIS Intellimatch / Data Integrity Manager products.
- Sound judgement, sense of urgency and accountability; time management; organizational and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to execute in a high‑pressure environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
The expected base salary ranges from $82,000 - $135,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, including Medical, Dental and 401K plans, successful candidates are also eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
