Position Overview
ACG is seeking a driven FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This role supports financial planning, reporting, and analysis that guides strategic decisions across the business. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, maintain key financial models, and support leadership with data-driven insights.
We follow a hybrid work model that balances flexibility with collaboration. Team members work in the office three days a week—Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. These onsite days help support communication, alignment, and team connection.
Remote work is available on non‑designated days; however, the level of flexibility may vary depending on business needs, operational priorities, and individual performance. Occasionally, you may be asked to work additional onsite days to support key projects or team requirements. As we continue to grow and evolve, our hybrid structure may also be adjusted over time.
What You’ll Do
- Financial Planning & Forecasting:
Support monthly rolling 12‑month P&L and Cap Ex forecasts. Partner with business units to gather assumptions, update models, and prepare variance analyses. - Reporting & Insights:
Build and maintain financial models, KPIs, dashboards, and management reports. Assist with preparing financial insights for leadership reviews. - Annual Operating Plan:
Help coordinate the annual budgeting cycle, working with Sales, Category Management, and Operations to develop revenue, margin, and expense budgets. - Cross‑Functional Partnership:
Work with teams across the business—including international units—to consolidate financial data, monitor performance, and support informed decision-making. - Expense & Headcount Planning:
Assist in tracking department spend, headcount needs, and identifying opportunities to optimize SG&A.
What You Bring
- Experience:
2-4 years in FP&A, financial analysis, business analysis, or related roles. Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) or retail is a plus. - Skills:
Strong Excel and PowerPoint abilities;
Power
BI experience is a plus. Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to manage and interpret large data sets. - Education:
bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. - Communication:
Ability to present data and insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
