As a new Commercial Loan Officer at Generations Bank in Rogers, you will be expected to engage with potential and existing clients to understand their financial needs and goals. Your daily responsibilities will include analyzing financial data, assessing creditworthiness, and preparing loan proposals. • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - you must have these to be considered for this role:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Bachelor's degree and/or 3 or more years of lending experience.
• Ability to perform the essential functions, mental, and physical demands of the job as listed in the Full Job Description attachment.
• Current driver’s license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive while performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
